  • What is the protocol of Handling and Storage of Ancillary Reagents?

    Normally, Ancillary Reagents should be stable at less than 20°C and can be stored up to it’s retest date/ expiry date.  Keep away from source of moisture, heat & light. We recommend Ancillary Reagents being stored in the dried place only. Ancillary Reagents can be degraded if the storage place is unclean.  Ancillary Reagents can also be subject to degradation due to the ‘Freezing and Thawing Effect’ when the Ancillary Reagents are frozen and thawed repeatedly.

    Partially used Ancillary Reagents bottle repacked under nitrogen for best result & purge Nitrogen before use. One should keep bottle tightly closed with inner cap.

  • If Ancillary Reagents were left for more than it’s retest date/ expiry date, would they still work?

    Our Ancillary Reagents supposed to have tremendous stability, subject to follow Storage protocol strictly.  We recommended using these Ancillary Reagents only after retest.

  • What other documentation support will provide?

  • Why do these ancillary reagents not supply to the general chemical trader?

    Due to hazardous nature of the products, we have taken the decision to only supply to our chemicals to registered businesses. Please note the deliveries can only be made to non-residential address..

  • What is the minimum order quantity?

    For 2.5L pack size bottle the MOQ is 10L & for 4L pack size MOQ is 16L.

  • What would be the payment term?

    We used to sell product on advance payment terms. However, for customer convenience we also accept post-dated cheque facilities.

  • Do you offer a discount on bulk orders.?

    Our prices are fixed up to 500L (for all ancillary reagents) purchase. For the same we present a price list. If any revisions on prices have to made, we inform customer in advance. Beyond 500L purchase at a time we can offer some discount.

  • Do you offer sample?

    Yes, we can provide sample of our ancillary reagents with analytical report. However, customer has to pay the amount of the product with freight.

  • How do you deliver hazardous goods.

    We packed ancillary reagents (hazardous) as per packaging norm of IIP & as per UN packaging guidelines. Our hazardous product packed only by such trained staff. We use ADR (Accord Dangerous router) certified courier only. An ADR courier must comply with the transportation of hazardous goods or hazardous materials.

  • What is delivery charge?

    Hazardous shipping charge is more expensive that most other delivery services as they provide a specialized service for carrying hazardous goods. For domestic supply, what so ever ADR Courier Company charges with us, we claim the amount with our customer.

    For International Supply, the delivery charge based on shipping & handling charges. That includes a Custom clearing charge plus hazardous approval charges & the freight.

  • What is the lead-time on orders?

    Items that are made to order may take between one to two weeks for delivery. After placing your order,  you will receive an order confirmation, which will provide a delivery date. if you require a personalized service, we will advice you on the time frame of this.

  • Can you sign a non-disclosure agreement.

    Yes, please let us know of you would like us to sign a non-disclosure agreement to protect your intellectual property. Lot of the products we manufacture are blended to the exact specifications of customers, and we keep these formulas and any other information safe.

  • Do you provide MSDS ?

    Yes, we used to provide Material Safety Data Sheets with each of our supply, and your requirement of MSDS in advance, please contact us and we will get back to you as soon as we can. A copy of the MSDS will also attached to your order confirmation email. You also download it from the website also.

  • Do you provide a Certificate of Analysis?

    Yes we provide a Certificate of Analysis with all of our products. We can do quality control testing as well as production. Please specify, if you would like any further documentation. Why do I need to sign a declaration form? Some hazardous chemicals are restricted to lab use only.  These product are require to register in custom office, or sign a declaration form before purchase or sell.

  • Can you provide Supplier Approval Form?

  • How can you offer a 100% quality guarantee?

    All products manufactured at according to batch traceable, undergo tight QC control and we always manufacture in accordance with ChemGenes India approved manufacturing protocol. We used only those chemical/ precursor in manufacturing, which is QC approved and as per our standard chemical passing criteria.
